has-link-color wp-elements-144b54860f12658da00f5bb57a7307fb\">A la ciudadana <strong>ELVIS VENTURA RIVAS<\/strong>venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cedula de identidad N\u00b0 <strong>V-8.920.831<\/strong>y\/o en la persona quien sus derechos representen, que deber\u00e1 comparecer por ante este Tribunal en un plazo de QUINCE (15) D\u00cdAS DE DESPACHO y que se contar\u00e1n a partir del d\u00eda siguiente a la fijaci\u00f3n y \u00faltima consignaci\u00f3n de la publicaci\u00f3n que del presente cartel se haga en el expediente <strong>N\u00b0 25-0023<\/strong>de la nomenclatura interna de este despacho judicial, a los fines de que se d\u00e9 por citado en el Juicio que lleva este Tribunal con motivo del juicio de <strong>LIQUIDACI\u00d3N Y PARTICION DE BIENES<\/strong>que ha incoado en su contra los ciudadanos: <strong>PABLO LUIS GONZALEZ RIVAS<\/strong> y <strong>ELVIRA NATALIA GONZALEZ RIVAS<\/strong>venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de la cedula de identidad N\u00b0 <strong>V-13.620.146<\/strong> y <strong>V-13.620.151<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1520d693c62eb45b107b1c2dcb16670b\">Se les advierte que, de no comparecer en el t\u00e9rmino antes se\u00f1alado, el Tribunal proceder\u00e1 a designarle DEFENSOR con qui\u00e9n se entender\u00e1 la citaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-59b9089f4ae13e8c1becceedc27f2f0d\">Un cartel igual a este ser\u00e1 fijado por el Secretario de este despacho en la morada, oficina o negocio de la parte demandada, una vez que conste en autos la publicaci\u00f3n del cartel y vencido el lapso establecido.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-13a37293657178cc00b9a1889e9b9b1b\">La publicaci\u00f3n por la prensa del presente cartel se har\u00e1 en el \u00abCorreo del Caron\u00ed\u00bb, con intervalos
